AVP.Live collects the information needed to operate your account, process ticket sales, deliver livestream access, and provide customer support. Buyer information is shared only with the organizer of the event for which the ticket was purchased. Some events register each attendee. For those, we also collect a name and email for every ticket, and a phone number if you give one. We share these details only with that event's organizer, and check-in staff see the name. We never use a phone number for marketing. AVP.Live and that organizer may send occasional marketing email about future events; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and opting out never affects ticket delivery or other transactional messages. We do not sell personal information. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data and only collect information necessary to operate the platform.
