By using AVP.Live, you agree to use the platform responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the events you publish, the accuracy of your event information, honoring tickets sold through the platform, and complying with all applicable venue, tax, and consumer protection requirements. Payments are processed through Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's Terms of Service. AVP.Live may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. AVP.Live provides the tools; you provide the event. We do not review, monitor, or control what you stream, record, or publish, and we do not endorse it. As between you and AVP.Live, it is yours and it is your responsibility. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AVP.Live and Anthony Valentine Productions, LLC against any third party claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of what you stream, record, publish, or sell through the platform, or out of your breach of these terms. This covers claims about broadcast, music, likeness, trademark, and venue rights. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it without asking you first, and you will not settle it in a way that admits anything on our behalf or costs us money without our agreement. This does not cover a claim caused by our own act or omission. To the fullest extent New Jersey law allows, AVP.Live is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost revenue, arising out of your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under New Jersey law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes about the platform or these terms belong in the state and federal courts of New Jersey. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand.
